  • Where can I find my Customer ID?
    Your Customer ID is your email address that you shared with us along with your booking details. You will get such email from us regarding the details when your pictures will be available online after you r photo session. In case you do not receive any email from us, please make sure to check to your spam/junk folder before calling our customer care line i.e. 1-800-270-1226.
  • How do I order individual pictures?
    Individual photo sheets can be ordered with the purchase of your photo package. For additional ordering information, best pricing and availability of individual selections, please contact our Customer Care Center at 1-800-270-1226. Our representative will take the necessary information to process your order. Hours of operation are Monday through Saturday 10 am to 6 pm.
  • How can I design my own combination package?
    Due to the numerous combinations that are available for multi-pose packages, we recommend that you speak with a customer service representative when placing this type of order. For assistance, please contact our Customer Care Center at 1-800-270-1226. Our representative will take the necessary information to process your order. Hours of operation are Monday through Saturday 9 am to 5 pm.
  • How do I check status of my order?
    You will receive an email from our website portal regarding the delivery of your package. You will get such email within 24-48 hours of the dispatch of package. In case you do not receive any email from us, please make sure to check to your spam/junk folder before calling our customer care, however you can contact our Customer Care Center anytime at 1-800-270-1226. Our representative will take the necessary information to process your request. Hours of operation are Monday through Saturday 10 am to 6 pm.
  • Do you require a deposit for photo shoot sessions?

Yes. Very small non-refundable deposit will be required to book a photo shoot session

The deposit is part of your purchase and is deducted from the total cost. Deposits must be made to confirm your appointment. Deposits can be made via cash, check or via our online payment option

  • Why do I need to pay a deposit?

The deposit secures your booking in our schedule and ensures that every client is treated on a first come, first served basis. As soon as we receive your deposit we will send you a booking confirmation email with full details including the address and directions to the studio (if needed).

  • Do you have a cancellation / reschedule policy for photo shoot sessions?

If your confirmed appointment needs to be cancelled or rescheduled your deposit is valid and can be used towards another amazing photo session within 6 months of the original appointment date.

  • How do I schedule my photo shoot session

Email info@mybaby247.com or call contact our Customer Care Center anytime at 1-800-270-1226 with the following information:

  • Your requested photo shoot date and time
  • Information regarding the type of event or shoot you are interested in
  • Phone number
  • Complete mailing address
  • Email address
  • Method of deposit payment
  • When do I pay for photo shoot session? What type of payments do you accept?

Deposits are required prior to confirming your appointment. The balance is due on the day of appointment. Cash is preferred (we don’t carry change), debit/credit card, and checks made payable to HumGenie Private Limited are also accepted. No portion of your order will be delivered until the balance is paid in full. INR 200 fee for returned checks.

  • How long will it take for me to get my photos from photo shoot session?

You can expect preview photos within 5 – 7 business days of the photo shoot. You can expect the on-line gallery within 10 business days of the photo shoot date. Please note: Completion of your order may take longer than stated above during peak photo seasons and holidays.

  • Will you use photos from my photo shoot session on social media or your website?

Yes, unless discussed in detail prior to your appointment being confirmed.

Photo Release Disclosure: Upon accepting & completing a photo appointment with mybaby247.com (a unit of HumGenie Private Limited), you agree and consent to HumGenie Private Limited reserving the right to use photographs taken for business purposes and materials. These materials might include printed or electronic publications (including website(s): www.mybaby247.com or any other website under HumGenie Private Limited, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter and Pinterest etc.). You further agree that your name and identity may be revealed in descriptive text or commentary in connection with the image(s). You authorize use of these images indefinitely without compensation. All negatives, positives, prints, digital reproductions and enhancements shall be the property of HumGenie Private Limited.

  • How do you ship the USB flash drive or photo disc? How long will it take for me to get it?

If an USB flash drive or photo disc is ordered, it will be handed over to you via courier or with hand delivery between 2 – 4 weeks from the time of picture selection. Please note: Completion of your order may take longer than stated above during peak photo seasons and holidays.

  • Do you have any validity date of selection?

Yes, unless discussed in detail prior to your appointment being confirmed. In case the you (client) do not select the pictures for editing up to 6 months, you accept and authorize us to delete all your data.
